This year's speaker, Bill Capodagli , the Author of "The Disney Way". Mr. Capodagli will present a keynote address at 8:15AM titled “If Walt Ran Your Organization.” and at noon with “Customer Service-The Disney Way.” Both keynotes will be by ticket. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive tickets as part of their participation in B2B. Others can purchase tickets as the event date nears. Ticket ordering information will be posted toward the end of 2008.
