Jeffrey L. Thompson is the Principal Consultant of the Management Consulting firm, Innovations In Quality.

Jeff has been in the Business and Management Consulting field for 23 years including 9 years in a management capacity. He specializes in conducting business assessments, strategic planning, leadership development, human resource management strategies, and in the development of organizational systems that contribute to enhanced productivity through long-term change processes. As an Industrial Psychologist, Jeff has had the opportunity to implement these strategies in over 685 organizations.

He has been published in a number of professional business journals regarding his innovative approaches to performance evaluation, pay incentive systems and organizational development processes.

Jeff has been an adjunct professor in Organizational Development at the College of St. Scholastica, and currently in Human Resource Management at UWS.
